We try to keep prices as low as possible, so this life-changing experience is affordable to all. We charge per pupil, based on a minimum group size of 26 in peak week (22 in off-peak weeks). Smaller groups will be charged for 26 pupils in peak weeks, unless a prior agreement has been made. Hackney schools are partially subsidised. The charge includes board, lodging and teaching, but excluding transport and any additional activity/entrance fees. If your group does not require a full programme of taught activities by Kench Hill staff, a lesser charge will be applied - please contact us to discuss your requirements. All schools are charged a non-refundable deposit payable within 2 weeks of booking. This can be added to the fee charged to pupils or paid direct from the school budget. Schools can ask parents for a voluntary donation to cover the cost of the trip, including coaches.

Hackney school pupils may be eligible for a School Journey Grant worth up to £80 (£85 from September 2011) for a full week. Information and application forms can be downloaded from this site.

• OFF-PEAK RATE £150 per pupil
• 50% deposit payable at time of booking
