We try to keep prices as low as possible, so this life-changing experience is affordable to all. We charge per pupil, based on a minimum group size of 26 in peak weeks. Smaller groups will be charged a minimum of £3380, excluding deposit. This charge includes board, lodging and teaching, but excluding transport and any additional activity/entrance fees. From April 2009 all schools will be charged a non-refundable deposit payable at the time of booking. This can be added to the fee charged to pupils or paid direct from the school budget. Schools can ask parents for a voluntary donation to cover the cost of the trip, including coaches.

Hackney school pupils may be eligible for a School Journey Grant, currently worth up to £75 (£80 from September 2010). Information and application forms can be downloaded from this site.

• PEAK RATE £175 per pupil (group size of 26) NO INCREASE
• OFF-PEAK RATE £145 per pupil
• 50% deposit payable at time of booking
