| We have a large group of chickens that live at Kench Hill. Children feed and look after the chickens when they visit.

| The Front Lawn can be used for games and relaxation, including croquet and badminton.

| The Barn is a fully fitted workshop and classroom, where children can participate in wood work and handicrafts.

| Recreate life in Saxon times. At night in the lamplight around a small fire wonderful stories can be told of heroes, heroines and far away places.

| The NEW Kitchen Garden is growing. It is where we grow organic fruit and vegetables that are used to feed our visitors throughout the year. |
| The Picnic Tables are located at the rear of the house and can be used by visitors to eat and socialise all year round. Ideal for BBQs in the sun!

| The Hard Court houses football goals and basketball nets and can be used all year round.

| The ponds offer a beautiful and interesting location for children to study and relax. Watch the ducks or carry out Pond Dipping and Bug Hunts at both of our large ponds.

| The field will soon be our new kitchen garden where visitors can grow and harvest fresh fruit and vegetables for their meals.
